Due to concerns about costs, our clearing firm, CCS, has removed FRGP from its routing list. Starting November 6, 2003, all orders with routing set to "Auto" will be directed to NITE, which charges $0.003/share. For the lowest routing costs, we suggest that you place your orders through the following routing systems:
1. FINRAaq Market orders: NITE (charges $0.003/share)
2. FINRAaq Limit orders: ISLD (charges $1.00/trade)
3. NYSE orders: TRIM (free)
CCS is aggressively pursuing other order flow venues where the charges could be reduced. CCS will inform the customers as soon as it is able to find alternate venues. Understanding on this regard will be highly appreciated.
