About the Series 7 License Exam
The Series 7 License qualifies a person to sell all securities products including Corporate Securities, Municipal Securities, Options and Direct Participation Program Investment Company Products. The Series 7 exam includes two 3-hour segments of 125 multiple choice questions each, 1-hour break in between segments. 70% or better is required for passing.

- Options: At least 40 questions
- Rules and Regulations: At least 40 questions
- Customer Accounts: At least 25 questions

- Taxes: 15 questions
- New Issues: 15 questions
- Equity Securities: 10 questions

Series 66 Exam Preparation Class
About the Series 66 License Exam
The Uniform Combined State Law Examination is designed to qualify candidates as both securities agents and investment adviser representatives. The Series 66 license can be used in place of Series 63 and 65. The Series 66 exam consists of 100 multiple choice questions and 10 pretest questions to be completed within 2 1/2 hours. Passing score is 71%.
